After purchasing his third home, he saw the need for well-informed real estate agents who have experience in construction and home remodeling. Now, Lamar restores homes in the Pasadena and Altadena areas alongside his real estate career and provides a wealth of experience in construction and remodeling to his clients who are looking to buy or sell their homes.

In his spare time, Lamar enjoys spending time outdoors with his family, hiking the beautiful mountains, chatting with the neighbors, or taking an eagerly anticipated camping trip. Additionally, he builds up the community around him and participates in various non-profits in the Pasadena and Altadena areas.
