The holiday crowds have thinned out, making January the perfect time to reclaim the Village. While there isn't a massive festival this month, "First Friday" (January 2nd) is a great excuse for a low-stress family night out.

Your January First Friday Itinerary:

  1. 5:00 PM - Shop the Post-Holiday Sales: Many boutiques like Periwinkle and Undercovers are clearing out winter inventory. It’s the best time to score deals.

  2. 6:00 PM - Cozy Dinner: Without the December rush, you can actually get a table! We recommend The Diplomat Junior for a warm, hearty Mediterranean meal that the whole family loves.

  3. 7:30 PM - Night Walk: The trees are often still lit up in the Village early in the month. Grab a hot cocoa from Classic Coffee and take a crisp winter stroll down Glendora Ave.
