Glendora Ice Skating Day Trip

Living in sunny Glendora means we have to drive a little bit to find "winter," but it’s always worth the trip!

If you want to get on the ice, you have to hurry. The famous Holiday Ice Rink at Pershing Square in downtown LA is open daily, but the season ends on January 11, 2026.

Why We Love It: It’s an easy train ride! Skip the traffic by taking the Gold Line (A Line) from the APU/Citrus College station straight into downtown. It’s an adventure for the kids and stress-free for the parents.

Closer Option: If you want to stay indoors, check out The Skating Edge in Harbor City or keep an eye on the Pasadena Convention Center dates. But for that open-air, skyline-view experience, Pershing Square is the winner.
