How to Prep Your Glendora Home for a Spring Listing (Without Overspending)
Spring is the "Super Bowl" of real estate in Glendora. The flowers in the South Hills are blooming, the weather is perfect, and buyers are out in force.
If you want to list in March or April, the time to start prepping is now. Here is our timeline for a stress-free, budget-conscious spring launch.
January: The Purge
Don't pay to move things you don't need. Start room by room. If you haven't used it in a year, donate it. A decluttered home looks bigger, and square footage sells.
February: The "Honey-Do" List
Fix the small annoyances. The loose doorknob, the dripping faucet, the scuff marks on the baseboards. Buyers notice these things. When they see deferred maintenance, they assume there are bigger, hidden problems.
Early March: Deep Clean & Windows
In Glendora, natural light is a huge selling point. Pay for professional window washing. You will be shocked at how much brighter your home feels. Scrub the grout and steam clean the carpets.
Mid-March: The "Glendora Glow"
Plant fresh flowers in pots by the front door. We recommend marigolds or petunias for that pop of color. Fresh mulch in the flower beds costs very little but makes the yard look brand new.
Late March: Photography
We schedule our photographer before the sign goes up. We want those blue-sky days to capture your home looking its best.
